IN RE: APPOINTMENT OF AN AD HOC
SMALL LAWSUIT RESOLUTION ACT  ORDER

COMMITTEE

Pursuant to House Bill 627 it has been determined that the Supreme Court should appoint an Ad Hoc Small Lawsuit Resolution Act Committee to make recommendations to the Supreme Court to facilitate the implementation of this legislation, to be chaired by the Hon. Randy Smith, and the Court having chosen the members of said Committee;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the following persons are appointed as members of the Ad Hoc Small Lawsuit Resolution Act Committee.
