The Court having determined that it is desirable to authorize a pilot project to test the feasibility of issuing electronic citations that do not conform to the requirements of Idaho Misdemeanor Rule 5 and Idaho Infraction Rule 5;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that all law enforcement agencies are authorized from the date of this order until November 1, 2007, to issue electronic citations that do not conform to the requirements of Idaho Misdemeanor Rule 5 and Idaho Infraction Rule 5, and the courts are authorized to accept such citations.
