Licensed Idaho attorney since 1978 and registered on the Idaho Supreme Court’s list of child custody mediators. I have primarily worked in the areas of family law, handling very difficult divorce cases, and have served as a mediator in many cases since 1988. Children require a peaceful environment in order to grow and develop to their full potential. I believe that all of us -- attorneys, mental health professionals, and the courts must encourage all parents who are divorcing, or those in a paternity action, to seek a peaceful resolution of their disputes in order to help their children. I have the skills to help parents resolve disputes so that their children may have a relationship with both parents and may have peace. |
