Cameras in the Courtroom – Request for Approval/Judge’s Proposed Order
Idaho Court Administrative Rules 45, 46a and 46b - Cameras in the Courtroom govern the utilization of equipment used to record court proceedings in the State of Idaho and the behavior of those using the equipment.

Two different Requests for Approval and Judge's Proposed Order are spelled out in rule 45. One form addresses a request to "Video Record or Broadcast", the other to "Photograph" a proceeding.

A form requesting permission to photograph proceedings can be found online at http://www.isc.idaho.gov/Request for Approval Form_photo.pdf. A form requesting permission to video record and/or broadcast a proceeding can be found at http://www.isc.idaho.gov/Request for Approval Form_video-broadcast.pdf. These interactive forms should be downloaded and filled out. Forms should then be presented to the presiding judge’s office for processing. The following forms are for sample purposes only.
