ORDER

The Supreme Court appointed members of the Civil Jury Instructions Committee, including the Honorable D. Duff McKee as chair of said Committee, and charged the Committee with conducting a detailed review of the pattern jury instructions and making recommendations to the Court for amendments to the instructions.  That process, being carried out over an extended period of time and in great detail, is now complete, and the Court is now in receipt of the recommended Civil Jury Instructions of 2003.

NOW, THEREFORE, although the Court is not approving any specific instruction and will simply address instructions through appellate review, the Court does hereby accept the recommendation of the Committee and in accord with IRCP 51(a)(2) the instructions shall be disseminated for general use by the trial bench and the bar in Idaho.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Clerk of the Court shall cause this Order to be published in one issue of The Advocate.

DATED this __27th____ day of ___October___________, 2003.
