ORDER |
The resolutions of the Idaho State Bar
proposing amendments to the Idaho Rules of Professional Conduct having been
presented to the Court, and the Court having reviewed and approved the
recommendations;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED,
that the Idaho Rules of Professional conduct, as they appear in the Idaho State
Bar Desk Book be, and they are hereby, withdrawn and replaced with the set of
rules attached to this order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that these Rules
of Professional Conduct shall be effective the 1st day of July, 2004.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Clerk of
the Court shall cause this Order to be published in one issue of The
Advocate.
