Idaho Rules of Evidence Rule 903.  Subscribing Witness' Testimony Unnecessary.

Except as provided for by statute, the testimony of a subscribing witness is not required to authenticate a writing.


(Adopted January 8, 1985, effective July 1, 1985.)
