Idaho Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 16(f). Pre-Trial Order.

After the pre-trial conference or the filing of a pre-trial stipulation, the court shall enter a final pre-trial order pursuant to Rule 16(d) in generally the form described in Rule 16(e)(6). The court shall forthwith cause copies of the signed pre-trial order to be served on all parties or their attorneys of record in the action.
