ORDER |
The Supreme Court appointed members to the Criminal Jury Instructions Committee, including Justice Daniel Eismann as chair of said Committee, and charged the Committee with reviewing and updating the pattern criminal jury instructions. Recognizing that this process will take time to complete and some instructions have been determined to constitute error or to be incorrect due to statutory changes, and the Court being fully advised,
NOW, THEREFORE,
Instruction Number 203 is deleted and Instruction numbers 402, 403, 404, 412,
414, 415, 416, 987, 1277, and 1000, are revised and approved for general use by the trial bench and
the Bar in Idaho, to be effective immediately.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,
that the Clerk of the Court shall cause this Order to be published in one issue
of the Advocate.
