The Court being advised that Kristina Glascock, Chair of the Clerk of the District Court Manual and Training Committee, has requested the following adjustments to the Committee: (1) Hon. Gregory Culet and Kevin Cassidy be released from said committee; (2) Hon. Barry Wood and Hon. Mark Ingram be appointed to said committee for a term of six (6) years each; and (3) two additional members, Kathy Leonard and Tami VanOrden, be appointed to said committee for a term of six (6) years each;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Judge Gregory Culet and Kevin Cassidy are released from the duties associated with the Clerk of the District Court Manual and Training Committee; and Judge Barry Wood, Judge Mark Ingram, Kathy Leonard and Tami VanOrden are appointed as members of said committee for a period of six (6) years each.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this order shall be effective on the 15th day of June, 2006.
