            The Court having considered the need to address issues relating to bail, and the diverse guidelines established in judicial districts throughout the state concerning bail and bail bonds;

            NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that there shall be a Bail Bonds Guidelines Committee, and that the charge of the Committee shall be as follows:

            The Bail Bonds Guidelines Committee shall review the statutes and Supreme Court rules pertaining to bail in criminal cases, as well as the bail guidelines adopted by the judicial districts, and shall consider and recommend any amendments, deletions or additions to those provisions; shall consider whether to recommend uniform statewide guidelines for procedures relating to bail; and shall make any other recommendations relating to bail that will further the efficient operation of the courts, the protection of the rights of all parties in criminal cases, and the protection of society.

            IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the following persons are appointed as members of the Bail Bonds Guidelines Committee, to serve until further order of the Court:
