The Court being advised that the Honorable Chief Justice Gerald F. Schroeder has requested the following adjustments to the Appellate Rules Committee: (1) Justice Linda Copple Trout, Myrna Stahman and Fred Lyon be released from said committee; and (2) Chief Justice Gerald F. Schroeder as Chair, Lori Fleming and Steven Kenyon be appointed to said committee for a term of six (6) years each.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that Justice Linda Copple Trout, Myrna Stahman, and Fred Lyon are released from the duties associated with the Appellate Rules Committee; and Chief Justice Gerald F. Schroeder as Chair, Lori Fleming and Steve Kenyon are appointed as members of said committee for a period of six (6) years each.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that this order
shall be effective on the 28th day of February, 2005.
