EDUCATION COMMITTEE ) ORDER
The Court being advised that Justice Joel D. Horton, as Chair of the Judicial Education Committee, has requested that Honorable David C. Nye, District Judge, Sixth Judicial District, Honorable Jeff M. Brudie, District Judge, Second Judicial District, Honorable Penny J. Stanford, Clark County Magistrate Judge, and Honorable Mark A. Ingram, Lincoln County Magistrate Judge be appointed to said committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Honorable David C. Nye, Honorable Jeff M. Brudie, Honorable Penny J. Stanford, and Honorable Mark A. Ingram be, and they hereby are, appointed as members of the Judicial Education Committee.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this order shall be effective on the __8th__ day of February 2008.
