ORDER |
The Court having considered the need to address issues relating to public access to electronic court records, as well as other special issues relating to court records;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that there shall be an E-Records Committee, and that the charge of that Committee shall be as follows:
The E-Records Committee shall consider issues relating to public access to court records throughout the State of Idaho, including issues pertaining to court records in electronic form, remote access to court records, bulk distribution of court records, access to compiled information from court records and any other pertinent issues identified by the Committee, and shall make recommendations to the Court for rules and procedures relating to such issues.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following persons are appointed as members of the E-Records Committee, to serve until further order of the Court:
