            The Court being advised that Norma Jaeger, as Reporter of the Drug Court and Mental Health Court Coordinating Committee, has requested that Roger Bourne be appointed to said committee in place of Major Dan Thornton;

            NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Roger Bourne be, and he hereby is appointed as a member of the Drug Court and Mental Health Court Coordinating Committee.

      IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this order shall be effective on the 20th day of March 2008.
