            Pursuant to Idaho Code §67-406a, authorizing the Supreme Court to appoint certain members of the Citizens’ Committee on Legislative Compensation;

            NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Court does hereby appoint Debora Kristensen, Boise, Idaho, to be a member of the Citizens’ Committee on Legislative Compensation and to serve as a member of said Committee, commencing July 1, 2006 and ending June 30, 2010.  Said appointment shall be subject to certification by appointee as to qualifications provided by Idaho Code §67-406a.
