            The Court being advised that the Honorable Joel Horton has asked to be released from the duties as Chair of the Access to the Courts Committee, and that the Honorable Michael Dennard has accepted the Court’s invitation to sit as the Chair of the Access to the Courts Committee;

            NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Honorable Joel Horton is released from the duties associated as Chair with the Access to the Courts Committee, and the Honorable Michael Dennard is appointed as the Chair of said committee until further order of the Court.
